1.)I think I am most like Mr. Randolph because he aways is thankful for the things other people do for him.

1.) I am kinda like Gilly Hopkins but not mostly because Gilly Hopkins swears alot and I don't swear. I am a little like her because she is kind of like a tomboy and I am both a tomboy and a tomgirl.Gilly Hopkins feels like she is the bravest of all the boys and girls. If she feels sad she doesn't want to talk to any one about their feelings.
ReplyDelete2.)In the begining Gilly Hopkins was mean and didn't care about any but herself.but at the end she didn't feel sad she was very happy because she saw a woman that was thin and she thought it was her mom Courtney.Someone paid her to come Gilly's mom to come.Then Gilly Hopkins wanted to go back to Mrs.Ttrotter and stay with her.

1.)If i where a charicter from the book Great Gilly Hopkins I have to say i would be gilly because sometimes I say things I dont meen and I am very messy
ReplyDelete2.)In the beggining of the book The Great Gilly Hopkins Gilly was very rude and didnt care what people thought of her in the middle she started to think about wat she said and what would be best for people (exept for when she ran away) and neer the end she loved Trotter alot

1.) i I like W.E. because he is so cute because he says pow all the time and he can talk gilly to do stuff as in he got her to go back to Trotters house.

1.) If I was a character in this book I'll would like be Gilly because, first of all if i was given to Trotter like Gilly i would not like her at frist because i don't know her just like Gilly. Also because once I get use to Trotter, W.E. and Mr.Randolph and i like them I wouldn't want to go away too. I would also feel the same way Gilly does too, who wants to be wanted.
ReplyDelete2.) Gilly changed a lot, I think because of the way she got treated by Trotter, W.E. and Mr. Randolph. Gilly also changed a lot through out the book because, at the beginning of the book Gilly didn't care about anything except she wanted to live with her mother Courtney, and in the middle of the book by the problem Gilly was sarting to be kind hearted, and she still wanted to go live with her mother but then when
Miss Ellis wanted to take her back she didn't go, because maybe she was sarting to like Trotter and the others. Near the end of the story when gilly's grandmother came and took her she didn't want to go either, but then she called Trotter at the airport. gilly changed by not likeing Trotter, W.E. and Mr. Randolph but at the end Gilly wanted to live with them instead of her mother, who she wanted to live with, at the beginning of the story.
3.) Why do you think at the beginning of the book Gilly wanted to see her mother but at the end she wanted to live with Trotter, W.E. and Mr.Randolph?

1.) I think I'm a bit like Gilly, the only thing that I don't do is swear and talk about my parents in a bad way. I never yell at my parents. The only poeple that I will yell at (not swear at) would be my siblings.
ReplyDelete2.) At first Gilly didn't care about a single person but her. She was selfish, rude, disrespectful and mean. At the end, Gilly loved Mrs. Trotter, and W.E. a lot and she really wanted to be with them again.
3.) If you were Gilly, would go back and live with Mrs. Trotter, Mr. Randolph, and W.E. or stay with Gilly's mom, Courtney? Explain.
When I frist read this book I thought it was all about foster homes. Really it's about how kids feel when they have to move to a foster home then another home. I think this was a very good book!!!!
